L102 - Brass Excelsior Trunk Lock

This old Excelsior brass trunk lock is in great condition with the two original keys. The locking mechanism part of the lock is solid brass and the rest is brass plated and it's very heavy and strong. It is marked Excelsior USA, Stanford Conn. X149. The total length when locked is 5 3/4 inches and it is 3 inches wide at the widest point. There is no damage and the keys work great, just needs minor cleaning. Can be put on with rivets or trunk nails and there must be a 1 1/2" hole for the bottom round part to go into. Made between the 1920's - 1940's but would work on many trunks. Would look great on your custom made trunk or retirement chest too! Hard to find and only one available.
