L103 - Antique Trunk Lock & Key

A rectangular antique trunk lock in very good used condition! A high quality lock made of iron and steel with brass rivets, a key escutcheon and hasp. Comes with one old original flat key. The base measures 3 1/8" wide by 2 1/2" tall and the top latch is 2 3/4" tall by 2 1/4" wide. This lock requires a shallow cutout in the trunk, about 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/2" high for the base. The lock has the old black finish with some wear. See pictures for details of the condition. A great lock for many types of antique trunks of the 1880's through the early 1900's.
