L120 - Liebrich Brass Lock Plate - SOLD 08/2019

A brass lock cover plate from the 1850's to 60's. Marked "C. Liebrich Philada" under an eagle emblem. The maker was Conrad Liebrich who made trunk locks from the 1830's to about 1868, when his company was carried on by two partners and the name changed to Star Lock Works. This is 3 3/8" wide 2 5/8" tall and is heavy brass. Still has the moving keyhole cover. Has a few dings and dents but in good solid shape. I rarely get the old brass lock plates to sell.

Price: $26 includes postage in the U.S. Thanks for visiting ThisOldTrunk.
